'ಇಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿ, ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್‌ನ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಜಾಪುರ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಮಾರತ್‌ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೂ ತೀರಾ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಐಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಐಟಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಸಮೀಪವಾದ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಮನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದು ಸರ್ಜಾಪುರ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ
ಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ' ಎಂದು ಶಿವಾನ್ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಜಾಪುರ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವಿಷಯವೆಂದರೆ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಧಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಂತೆ ಕೇವಲ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಆದಾಯ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದು ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್‌ಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಿವೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮೂರು ಬಿಎಚ್‌ಕೆಯ ವಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಥವಾ ಮನೆಗಳು 90 ಲಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಚದರ ಅಡಿಗೆ 5,000 ರೂ. ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
